KPI Flow™ geïmplementeerd bij Qbuzz

Qbuzz had veel rapportages, maar weinig samenhang in sturing. Met KPI Flow™ hebben we focus, eigenaarschap en doorvertaling aangebracht op alle niveaus.

• Directieworkshop gefaciliteerd om strategische doelen en KPI’s scherp te stellen
• Tactische vertaalslag gemaakt met het management, inclusief KPI-eigenaars en besluitmomenten
• Structureel proces ingericht voor borging — opvolging en eigenaarschap
• Operationele KPI’s (zoals punctualiteit, rituitval en klanttevredenheid) gekoppeld aan de strategische koers
• Opzet voor Power BI-rapportages gemaakt voor gerichte sturing en inzicht op elk niveau

➡️ Resultaat: van losse dashboards naar samenhangende sturing met actie en eigenaarschap.

Deze aanpak is herbruikbaar voor andere OV-bedrijven of dienstverlenende organisaties die worstelen met versnipperde datasturing.

Sabic – Project manager BI

At SABIC, I acted as BI program lead and project manager, responsible for defining and executing the BI strategy across the global supply chain. Here, I laid the first architectural principles of what would later become KPI Flow™ — connecting corporate strategy to tactical and operational KPIs with clear ownership and steering points.

Key activities:
• Developed the global BI roadmap, aligned with ERP and supply chain strategy.
• Defined strategic KPIs across all levels: corporate, tactical, operational.
• Designed SCM dashboards that visualized E2E performance, bottlenecks, and interventions.
• Collaborated with global leadership and strategic planning teams to embed KPI ownership.
• Led a virtual program team (8 business leads, 4 IT experts) and ensured delivery of key BI milestones.

Result:
Global alignment on KPI definitions, improved visibility on supply chain performance, and a structured steering model across functions and countries. This work marked the earliest blueprint of KPI Flow™ — strategy-driven, cross-functional, and execution-ready.
